License
Fun Guard is published by Inverse Gratitude LLC ("we", "us") and is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA). By downloading or using Fun Guard you agree to it. The sections below add plain-language detail and do not replace it.
Subscriptions
- Fun Guard requires an auto-renewing subscription. The price and length are shown before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- If a free trial is offered, your subscription starts and you are charged when the trial ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before then.
- The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel at any time in your Apple Account settings under Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies.
Using Fun Guard
Fun Guard is a habit tool for ending your workday on time. It is not medical, psychological or employment advice, and it does not guarantee any particular result. Your history is stored only on your phone, so it cannot be recovered if you delete the app or lose the device.
Custom looks
You can describe a new look for your Fun Guard and an AI service will draw it. There is a limit on how many looks you can make each month, shown in the app. The pictures are made by AI, so they may not match your description exactly, and we may decline descriptions that are not suitable. Please do not ask for real people, characters owned by someone else, or anything hateful, sexual or violent.
Privacy
What the app stores and shares is described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
